SUMMARY:Abbey Hills Hike
DESCRIPTION:A relatively straightforward hike close to town in an area just
  west of Afton Mines overlooking Kamloops Lake. A loop trail with a mix of
  double track and single track trails and some great views over the lake.\
 n\n 	We will meet at the Hillside meet up spot at 10 am and will drive jus
 t a few minutes west to the Abbey Road turnoff.\n 	There are many trails i
 n this area and we will do a  loop down and around some pretty hills with
  great views over Kamloops Lake and the Dewdrop range.\n 	The loop will ta
 ke us 3-4 hours with a lunch break at a viewpoint along the way.\n 	extra 
 hydration in case its still hot\n 	Bring your 10 Essentials for Hiking\n 
 	Dress for the conditions.\n\nWatch this page for  updates closer to the
