With marginal conditions in the hills, we can hike/walk in the valley bottom on various routes.   For this day, a morning hike on the Rivers Trail is planned from the airport on the dike, then out to the West Beaches and back.

• Meet at the trailhead at the end of Airport Way at 10:00.
• Hike on good trails, then a single track trail,  and out to the beaches.
• Tea and a snack at a spot with a view.
• Two hours of hiking, but this may be adjusted because of the forecasted conditions.
• A moderate hike at a moderate pace.
• Dress for the conditions.
• I hiked the trail on Friday, Feb. 21 and the trail is in good shape.
