Description
** NOTE ** We will be adding an additional loop to Eagle Eye Lookout for the people that want to and we’ll figure out carpooling based on that. The total trek for Isobel Lake and Eagle Eye Lookout will be approximately 7km total. Just Isobel Lake will be 3km.
Join me for an easier, early Sunday morning snowshoe around the Isobel Lake Interpretive Trail. The loop is just 3km and should make for a beautiful start to your day. Meet at the Bach Cattle Guard parking lot (end of Batchelor Hills Drive just past the corner of Grasslands Boulevard) at 9am to arrange carpool and/or convoy.
Bring your snowshoes and ice grips as the trail may be packed down.
Do not forget your hiking essentials and a snack. Poles are recommended this time of year.
