Description
A ramble on double tracks in the Outer Dewdrop Range
- meet at the Airport Way meetup spot to carpool or convoy at 10:00 am
- Drive to the Frederick Road trailhead (gravel road, but there may be potholes)
- Hike a series of backroads in a loop (about 6.5 km)
- Tea break along the route.
- Ticks are in season, but we will be on double tracks, minimizing the risks. Nevertheless, take the usual precautions. A short off-trail section will be optional.
- We will keep an eye on the weather, but dress for the conditions.
- The event will only go as scheduled if there is sufficient interest.
- Watch for updates.
