IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEW MEMBERS:

In addition to this registration form, you are also required to fill out an e-Waiver for the 2025-2026 year. This e-Waiver is required before you can attend an event. You must also have paid your annual fee.

Official First and Last Names. It should match the name you use when completing your e-Waiver and Annual Fee payment.

Optional: This Name replaces your First Name when your Full Name is being displayed publicly (e.g. your Nickname, your Middle Name, shortened version of your First Name, etc.) This does not replace

Display Name

Optional: This replaces the default publicly displayed Full Name (Display Name) with a name of your choice. If you don't set it here, it defaults to your First Name/Nickname (if set) and Last Name. You can change this, once you have become a member, by editing your profile.
