We use a plugin/app called Events Manager for all of our events, bookings, etc.    Updates happen at regular intervals and some of these come with a bug.    At this time, there is a problem with posting an event – sometimes it lists all day instead of a set time frame.    Event owners can add the meetup time and an estimated end time to the event description to provide that information.    Deadlines for booking or cancelling is set at 0 hours, that is, the time you set in the Bookings/Registration – Available Until field.

Once an update is released to fix the bug, we will let hike leaders know the new status.     For members, if you are unsure about the times for an event, contact the hike leader.

Update – I did a work-around on the problem code.    The front page only lists the meetup/start time and the full event page now lists the start time and the estimated end time.    This provides the needed information without invoking the problematic code.
