Description

An early hike on the Trophy Mountain Trail

  • an early start to carpool or convoy – alt. meet at the Clearwater Visitors Center
  • drive into Wells Gray and up the Trophy Mountain Road (a good, but bumpy gravel road)
  • Hike the Trophy Mountain Trail to the upper meadows/tarns
  • lunch at a viewpoint
  • hike back down
  • an easy pace to enjoy the alpine meadows, wildflowers, tarns, and views
  • I have done this hike over 50 times and will continue for as long as I can…
