We’re hosting a fun afternoon of learning, sharing skills, socializing and swapping gear!

⏰ Arrival & Setup

• 1:00 PM — Early arrival for trainers, anyone setting up training stations, or members who want to lay out gear for the swap.
• Please arrive at this time if you need space to set up.

🥾 Training Sessions

• 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
• Participants: please arrive at 1:30 PM to join the trainings.
• We’ll have multiple stations covering hiking skills, safety, and gear demos—drop in and participate at your own pace!

🔄 Swap & Social

• 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Bring your gently-used hiking or outdoor gear to swap, trade, or sell.
• Tag items with a price or mark them as “swap.”
• Enjoy mingling with fellow members and finding new-to-you treasures.
• Some snacks provided.

🧹 AGM and Wrap-Up

• 4:00 – KHC AGM – a short general meeting.
• President’s Report, Financial Statement, and any motions that arise.
• Elections to the Board for the Upcoming year.
• Questions, suggestions, and discussion.
• 4:40 PM — Clean-up starts. Thank you in advance for helping keep the space tidy!
