An early start to drive to Vernon, then east on Highway 6

• turn onto a gravel road and drive up to the trailhead
• hike an up-and-down route to two of the Bluenose Mountain summits, with a stop for lunch along the way
• return the way we came
• although this hike is only about 4.4 km, it takes about 3 hours and should a scenic fall hike
• this will be a new hike for me
