Stepping forward to organize and lead an event is a lot to ask of a volunteer.    As members we can make it more positive and worthwhile by encouraging leaders (comment or contact). We can thank leaders at the end of the event and offer positive words. If an event is posted and no one registers and no one comments, this is discouraging and that leader is unlikely to post another in the near future, but a kind word can help. All members can support hike leaders and co-leaders in a variety of ways and this in turn encourages more activity for all. Your help is requested.
