Hike leaders choose the dates and open the event for registration.    They can set a date and time for the last booking or cancellation, but if they don’t, the program set the time by default, 12:00 am the day of when all bookings or cancellations are over.     I found a way to reset the lead time to zero hours instead.     So if the leader sets the event all day, then the last booking time is  12:00 am, but if the leader sets a start time of 10:00 am, members can book up to 10:00 am.

Also, if the leader changes the date or time, the user’s cache may have saved/cached the older time, so clear your cache to have full access to the latest version
