I parked a the Wade Road parking area then hiked down the Adams River.    The upper part of the trail has burned trees, but the trail is good and there is lots of fall color.  In the spawning area, there are still steelhead active in the river.     The southeast part of the trails has no burned trees and we can do a loop route through the forest. A great area for a 6 – 8 km hike.
