Come join us on Saturday, May 4th for the AGM social event, potluck and a hike.

• This event is a good chance for new and returning members to mingle and meet other hikers.
• If you are interested in becoming a leader and/or board member, this is the place to be.
• The AGM is your chance to have a voice and vote for our Board Members.
• This event it at the west end of Paul Lake at the Paul Lake Group Campsite.
• This is located 14 km up Paul Lake Road (keep right at the fork that heads towards Harper Mountain).
• The optional hike starts at 9:15 am at the parking lot next to the group campsite. This is a 6km hike to the top of Gibraltar Rock and back.
• The AGM, social and potluck start at 11:30 am and is at the Paul Lake group campsite.
• Please contact Margo at merciermargo@gmail.com if you are interested in nominating someone or putting your name forward for a position on the board.

Social/Potluck

• The club will provide the hot dogs, buns, condiments and cold drinks.
• No alcoholic beverages allowed on site.
• Please bring:
  • A potluck dish that does not require re-heating.  ie, veggies, fruit, salad, dips, crackers, desserts etc.
  • Your own plate, cup, and cutlery.
  • Your own lawn chair.
• Please add a comment below to note what potluck item you will bring.
• Please consider volunteering for set up and/or clean up.
• Door prizes will be drawn after the AGM and social.

• Nominations for Board members are now open.
• Some board members have shown a willingness to return to the board for 2024/2025 and some have decided to step down. We thank them all!
• If we have 2 or more nominees for key positions, the vote will be decided at the AGM by present members in good standing.
• The responsibilities for board members will be determined by the 2024/2025 board.
