Description
A hike on the Barnes Lake Trails in Barnhartvale
- Meet at the trailhead at 9:30
- Map and info on the Barnes Lake Trails Location page
- Hikers can arrange their own carpooling, as needed
- Hike the outer loop on the trails – 9.5 km (3 hours)
- A moderate, but longer route
- Grasslands > douglas fir forest > grasslands, all on good trails
- Lunch/tea along the route
- Ticks are still active so take the usual precautions
