Description
Meet at the Dog Park on Aviation way at 930am to carpool or drive tandem to the parking lot. Parking is very tight at this trailhead.
We’re taking the Mara Short Route up the old road and will continue on to the right to the top of Mara Mountain. This hike is steep and long, but it is not technical. Mostly an old road. The views are spectacular, though!
Bring snacks, lunch, water, layers and poles. Could be muddy, boots recommended over trail runners.
Be prepared for a workout with this one.
